have you tried cleaning it?

 

Try cleaning, as EGKID said. Or block it off. One of the tb gaskets that comes in a Felpro set blocks off the air hole. Don't know what the part number invidually is, though.

Otherwise, pick up a sheet of gasket material, trace out and cut yourself a new gasket without the air hole.

It will be hard to get to idle when cold in the winter, but should be fine the rest of the season.
