Will the head lights fit on a 00 Civic? What condition are they in? Are they cloudy / hazy at all?

bumpage, went to court today and it looks like i won't even be able to get a hardship license, so the car is gonna be down for quite some time, now's the best time to do this so post up what ya got!!
