clicking noise..?? lil help plz

clicking noise..?? lil help plz
started a couple days ago.. maybe on 4-8.. i hear a clicking noise comin from the left side of the car.. behind the tire.. my best guess is its the cv axel. the car is lowered on coil overs and stock strutts.. so help me asap.. and is it safe to drive with this?
