Sorry it took me so long to answer your questions, I am currently out of town on vacation. No, it is not a streetable item, unless you are driving on the ice so that you can turn into a parking spot. As for what is a reasonable price, they are $399.99 from Summit's online catalog. The peice has absolutely no wear or damage and is visibly like new. It has the speedo drive gear on it also, which some other units don't come with, this allows for you to continue to run a factory speed sensor so that you can run the speed correction with your tune. PM me an amount you are looking to spend and I will consider it very openly.
