WTB: Any 4 Lug Steelies W/Tires. *CASH IN HAND*
I need a set of 4 lug steelies that will fit the civic. No 13 inch steelies.
I need tires on the rims, doesn't have to be 100% tread either.
I also would like for it to be close enough to Orlando as possible.
