miles? they're brand new-still in the box. as far as warranty goes, you'd have to contact DSS. If you'd like a scan of the invoice PM me with your email and I'll send it to you.

I copied and pasted warranty information regarding these axles. from section one of the warranty info posted on DSS, the level 2s have a 6 month warranty. I'm not sure if the warranty is still good though because I purchased these a long time ago-however the axles have NOT been used. the invoice date is 08/08/2003. whomever purchases these will need a copy of the invoice which I can provide... gotta move these though...

(for Dealer info see below)
1. What is the warranty for the performance axle's: The new level 0 have NO Warrenty level 1 & 2 axles have a 6 month warranty the level 2.9,3,3.9,4,5,and 5.9 have 1 year. warranty covers broken or worn part for the term. Boot's are not covered under the warranty.
customer will pay shipping to the factory and DSS will pay shipping back (ground only) out of the country sales, shipping both ways will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
2. how does the warranty work: the warranty covers the unit being repaired, most companies don't cover performance products at all, but here at The Driveshaftshop we believe in our products. if you have a warranty claim do not reorder the axle and send in the old one as a defect the claim will be repaired and you will have 2 axles.
3. how long will a repair take: turn around time is about 24 hours. we will cover ups ground shipping (with in the states)only no overnight air or out of the country shipping will be covered. it is your responsibility to get the axles to us.
4. new returns: new returned will only be accepted if the axle or shaft has not been installed for a period of 90 days,it is the customers sole responsibility to make sure the axle or shaft being installed by them selves or someone elese that the axle or shaft fits properly. do not use the part. there will be no exceptions to this rule.
axles returned will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee and no shipping and handling credit. There is absoultly no return on custom made axles or drive shafts.
5.what if I ordered or received the wrong part: just call 1-800-564-2244 or email us we will be happy to assist you in the problem.
6.how many times can I have an axle repaired under the warranty: If you break an axles more than once there may be a problem. Talk to us you may need a higher level axle.the axles are covered for the term not by how many times you need repair.the driveshaft shop does reserve the right to make a determination if the wrong axles are being used for the application, so please order the right parts.
