Question on the differences of certain 96-98/99-00 parts
96-98 rear bumper vs 99-00 rear bumper.
96-98 rear spoiler vs 99-00 rear spoiler.
Are there any visual differences?
I'm going to have my 98 civic painted w/ a 00 Si front end and I'm deciding if I should go with these 99-00 parts.

yea.. the bumpers are a bit differnt .. in my opinion if your doin the 99-00 front.. might as well do the back.. the 99-00 back bumper looks a little lower that the 96-98.. but the oem spoiler is the same.. the only difference is they made the 99-00 civic si spoiler.. which imo looks better than an oem ex wing

thanks for the swift reply. So your saying the 99-00 rear bumper looks a bit lower? Does the car in your sig have the 96-98 or the 99-00? I currently don't have a 00 rear bumper or rear spoiler. Maybe I'll just go wingless and keep my 98 bumper, since the car is getting painted in a week or two.

yea it appears lower/bigger/better to me..
yea the pic of my car is a 99 rear I would def go wingless.. you can always find a spoiler later and get it color matched.. But If you can .. get that 99-00 rear it will def complete the car

what's the going price for a 99-00 rear bumper. I need to look at 99-00 rear up close and personal to see if I can notice a difference. I don't want to spend an arm and a leg for an oem bumper just to complete a "look".
