F/s: Luminics H4 ultra violet headlight bulbs
These are brand new, they look sick at night and are bright as all holy hell, but I ordered them and what a surprise, got rid of the car before they got here, Paid $35 so thats all I'm looking to get. LMK

kelvin rating is just the temperature of the light, aka the color....not the brightness. I think he may have been looking for a percentage or a real life story kinda thing
