Cost a lil over 600 shipped brand new, i had it on my car for 4k. Its in mint condition.

has it been modified at all or did you modify the dp to make it work without chopping the exhaust?

no downpipe comes with it, it can work with or without a/c...depending on how you have your downpipe made
