I have a set of H&R that I can sell you for $150. They are in good condition. Not used very much cuz I spend more time building the car then driving it. They are not immediately available but can be within a week.
If you want to see how much they lowered my cr-x b16 check out www.myspace.com/slackergurl and look in my pix for the white crx with the red hatch. I don't have any problems with them, they just aren't right for my set up.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
