Perfect condition, NO GRINDS. Car was in an accident and the casing was cracked, but it was inspected for damage, checked out perfect, and the casing was replaced... Transmission has roughly 30k on it, and only used genuine Honda fluid.

Cant really beat that for a 2000 si transmission in this condition

 

Most people will probly think this is a rip ....BUt this is what a good tranny goes for...ANd if someone is selling one like this in this shape for cheaper, it is probly an LS tranny.

500 is a little too low... This transmission is seriously like brand new... It was going to be rebuilt but the person doing the rebuild couldnt find anything that needed to be replaced... It was all mint... So he replaced the cracked casing and called it a day... It is seriously worth every penny in my opinion... I paid 700 for the tranny I have on my car now, and I dont think it was in as good of shape as this one when I got it...

bump for you - I checked a few salvage yards and if they could get one it was between $800 and $1000 for this tranny. Same gears as a TYPE R , but without the lsd.
