yes 6spd manual 99 z28, with near 100k miles. rear end is pending. rotors and calipers from it are gone. rest is going for 175 unless you out bid.

i would be more like $75-100 with rotors and calipers gone. you can get one from lkq for $75 if i remember right.
if you have someone good for you. if it falls through let me know.

from what I know, it goes for 150-200 no brakes, or 300ish with them. I've heard this from several sources. its a posi-rear end it with z28s if my information is correct.

6-speed means it should be the good 3:42 ratio also, correct?

also may be interested in hood as well. will have to see in person to see how bad the damage is to see if it's worth it to me

I found a guide that tells me about what to look for to determine the gearing, I'll check it asap for you.

i should be a 3.42 being a manual car. and i have spent enough time in the lkq's to know they would never charge that much.it was right around 100 dollars. i know transmissions go for 150 and a short block was 75 dollars. it is a lsd not a posi just so you know. it has little clutches in the rear that should be fairly worn at around 100k because almost no one rebuilt them nor maintained them. and surely beat on them..

SL2Racer: You just missed out on one at LKQ. I was just there today. They have what WAS a LT1 /6speed camaro in there. It got stripped in a hurry. No rear end or transmission in it. Heads and intake are also gone . I wish i could have grabbed that trans but it was gone before I saw the car. Oh, about the price LKQ charges for a rearend> They charge 84.99 plus a 15.00 core charge for any 5 lug rearend. This is For the rear WITHOUT any brake parts. So you were right on when you said 100.00.
