alright...well their isnt a title because the title is in mine and my mothers name....my dad had held the title and some things happened...well he went and took a loan out against it because we have the same name, being that it was an illegal loan i am trying to file for a lost title right now and maybe have one soon. but not really looking for trades really just looking for cash let me know thanks,
