i have more luck selling the chebby engines than the fords

stats: this is a 73 pontiac 350. the guy seemed very forward about it being from a pontiac, im not sure if theres a diff between em, he said there was. a GM is a GM to me.

gonna need a rebuild, no doubt about it, it turns over freely and he poured some gas in the carb and it fired.

i can get some pics if needed, 200 bucks(OBO), head to toe.

a neighbor down the street is also pulling a 383 from his camaro thats up for sale, if interested i can get more info.

 

what year 383 and the reason for pulling? it might be a great candidate for a certain van

383 stats: short block is a 94 LT1 from a firechicken, with 4 bolt main conversion from bay city racing, JE pistons, comp ratio is 9.5:1, eagle rods and eagle crank, all from GM perfomance, he has all receipts for work done on engine. LT1 heads, double valvesprings?, titanium valves, fully ported to max. cam is a .564 lift from GM performance. Vicotr JR high rise intake, ported to the max and a 950 holley.

reason for selling, he had to file bankruptcy, he is gettin a divorce and needs all the change he can get. i heard it run today and its very choppy, sounds absolutly mean!!
its sittin in a 79 Z28 with a 4 speed munchie, 9" rear, and 4.56 gears.

he says if the car goes whole he wants 7K, and for the powertrain 4K.

 

the oil pans coming off today... im curious as to what the bottom end looks like.
