not sure whats done to the motor. it was pulled from a circle track stock car. had a 2 barrel holly 600 on it and it was not being fed enough, so i put the edelbrock 4 barrel 750 on it and she runs fine. ya 230 psi across the board it will diesel on 87 octane. ya easy swap. the guy who pulled the 13 b rotory cut the entire wiring harness so no turn signals. but has headlights running and brake lights. right now i am having trouble cooling that engine it just doesnt want to stay cool. thas about it ask anything else if needed.

it "diesels" on 87 because you have to much initial timing, which doesnt help your cooling problem. Doing a V-8 swap into a FC requires thought for the cooling system. The big aluminum radiator, proper shrouds, and awesome fan setup is paramount.

i like to keep an eye out for things some people might not think about...230psi leads me to believe this car might not be pump gas friendly.

no, well the car runs fine on 93 but its about the same time i retarded the timing 4 degrees. because the car was sparking too soon on startup. and would stop the motor every once in a while. i would like to see what he car would do on some real fuel.
