f/s 350 4 bolt main
Up for grabs is a h.p. chevy crate engine, short block 4 bolt main. It's the mexican crate engine, stock bore, approximately 2, maybe 3 miles on engine. the person who installed it, didnt know that that the distributor had to lock down directly to the intake and drove the car around without the distributor engaging in the oil pump, and of course after a few minutes, the main bearings starved and they turned siezed the engine. All the block will need is a crank kit, and you'll be set to go. cheap h.p. Best offer over 100 bucks takes it.
The block itself is in good shape, what you would need is a crank shaft. which comes with a bearing kit. Personally i have worked on a dsm 2.0 engine that turned a main, a 4.3 turn a main, and another small block turn a main, i run a new crank kit and ive never had a problem with any of them. That's how i do it, riverview reccomends line boring, thats what he reccomends, im not one to go against that. None of the blocks i worked on were bad enough to have line bored, and personally i dont think this one is either.
