Now the bad. This car sat for years...and years...and years. About 5 years ago it was towed to my house. I started fixing it, but I just haven't had time. The car does not run. It did run, then it got a miss, then it started backfiring when trying to start it, and now it just spins. I think the MSD box died. The time has taken its toll to the majority of the car. The paint is faded (it was ugly when Chris had it painted...now it's ugly and faded). Everything aluminum has that nice power-y oxide on it. The top kinda dry-rotted and the rear window fell in and shattered. The interior is dirty, and all the plastic red dye crap Chris used on the dash is flaking off.

I can tell you that the PA C4 has about 100 miles on it since it was rebuilt back in...2002 maybe. At that time, it also got a new PI converter.

Here's what I did:

New injectors
All braided fuel lines were replaced (they leaked like soaker hoses)
I've triple checked wiring and other such things.

I don't have time to mess with it. I'm looking to move in the near future, and I really don't want to take this thing with me. The engine is a beast, and the tranny was built to handle it. This should have been a mid to low 10 second car, but we never took it down the 1/4. I will part major components. I have no idea what to ask for it. I'll spend the next few weekends seeing if I can get it to running condition. I'll update with some pics as soon as I can get some.

When I said "Old timers", I had a few people in mind. Scott was number one...you were number two!!! Add in bitemark46, hondahunter, stangerang, faethor and a few others...it's a loooong trip down memory lane.

Wow, I haven't been on this site in a long time, and this is the first thing I see.... This car is from TR's hayday, brings back allot of memories.... You sure he never ran it down the 1320?

Chris ran it. I think it ran mid 11's on motor with the converter slipping the entire run. We acquired the car, then had to pay the bill at Ramsey's for the tranny and new 4800stall PI converter. It hasn't seen the track since.

Cody,
Did you ever sell your car or just end up keeping it?
