An offer from a prospective property buyer that is much lower than the listing price. Such an offer may indicate the buyer's belief that the property will not attract many good offers and that the asking price is unrealistic. Also, it probably means the buyer is interested in the property only if it can be purchased at a bargain price.

My cousin is looking at selling his 1993 Reef Blue Notch with original Black Interior, all original. But I know for a fact that he is asking more than what I would be willing to pay, but its all about what a collector is willing to pay, I guess. He has had the car since day one, it has less than 60K miles on the car. In pristine/mint condition. He bought it new from Performance Ford on Hillsborough Ave which doesnt even exist anymore. But last i talked to him he is firm on 17,000.00. Thats only 1500.00 less from what he paid for it, he still has the window sticker. If your interested in it, i can forward you his contact info, he is a State Trooper here in Florida, so his hours are kinda screwy sometime. He just bought a new 2012 5.0, so I know he is looking to sell one of his other babies to help pay his new ride down. Let me know....

Yeah, I know. Thats why the only person going to buy it would be a collector. You cant possibly want to drive it around, but believe me it is in perfect shape.
