Default Stripping it down and parting it all out

Since nobody wants to pay 3500 for an all the way baller motor, I've decided to strip it down to more managable parts for people. Below are the prices on each. Some things don't have prices, thats because I haven't gotten all the specs off them (and don't remember by heart) to price them out yet.

All parts are new. The motor was never fired. They were assembled and now are being torn down for sale without ever having been used.

Boss Block w/ King bearings, ARP mainstuds, front timing cover and timing chain asembly, machined for a 306 - $1300
ARP 155-4001 Head Studs - $80
Forged Crank - $300
Cometic .060 MLS headgaskets - $75
Forged Rods w/ ARP L19 rod bolts - $400
Forged flat top Weisco Pistons, thermal coated, w/ Childs&Albert rings .030 over - 500
Custom Bullit Camshaft-
Duration at .050 230/228
Gross Valve Lift .565/.560 $300

Oil Pickup/Pump - $25
Hamburger S Econo 7qt oil pan - $150
Comp Pro Magnum Rockers 1332-16 1.6 - $175
Comp Cams 851-16 Hydraulic Roller lifters - $125
Hardened pushrods -
Vic Jr intake, powdercoated black - $175
CSR Electric Water Pump - $225
28oz SFI spec Pioneer balacer - $100
28oz SFI Spec JW The Wheel Flexplate -
Race pulley - $20
Girdle -
Solid motor mounts, black - $25
PTC custom 10.5" Torque converter -
FRPP 3.27 gears - Make offers

Come git 'em! Water pump, block, and headstuds are pending deal but I'm not holding anything! I get off work at 6PM, let me know what you want and I'll rip it off the motor and have it ready for you whenever you wanna come out.

I'm interested in the rockers.
Do the nuts and lockers come with them?

I'm 99% sure they're in the baggies with them, ufortunately they're buried in my garage and its like 35 degrees out, so now checking now. If they came with them when they were new in the box they're with 'em now.

No rush. I dont have the cash to spare for them right now. Just letting you know that I am seriously interested in them. If you still have them after New Years I should have my money by then and I will pay cash. This is been the deal I've been working out with everyone so far. If I say I will buy then I will buy. Just waiting on a check to make it in the bank. I should have cash in the bank no later than 1st or 2nd week in Jan. At that point I'm buying up everything I need to get my car together. Not yanking anyone's chains. Being totally serious.
