I need a rear seal for a T-5 tranny.Does anyone know where local to get one or is there a cross reference to another common seal?

I found a cross reference Napa part as a 15041.Looks like a regular seal.My other t5 has a seal with an outside rubber boot.Is it necessary to have this boot?

7692s National seal from Advance.Got the trans working except with 3:27 gears and a pink speedo gear I'm off I estimate 5mph fast. At 40 mph it feels like an actual 35 mph.I thought I had an 7 tooth driven gear but I guess it must be an 8 tooth. This was a 1352-199 which I swear had a 7 tooth gear.
