Default 5.0 Exhaust needed

Searching for shorty headers, (Equal length preferred), rusty, ugly,.. dont care. Cheaper the better.

Also need 2.5" off road H-pipe for stock shorty headers. Rusty, ugly, as long as its not bent or dented.

Edit:
Or just need long tubes that fit around an SFI bell housing.

Thanks,

Hurst

I dont think you can get "store bought" LTs to clear SFI bell..... Your going to be looking at custom kooks kinda stuff for that. Just put a Tubular K, and notch the bell a little man. I will shoot you some pics of mine tomorrow if you want. To give you an idea how much is actually "notched" To make mine clear...

Searching on google and reading old forum posts, the consensus is that LT's for AOD cars work.

The odds of me finding those for cheap,.. or trading for them are about the same as me being able to get him a tubular k-member right now.

That reminds me,.. I need to check the lotto numbers,..

brb

Edit:
Nope,.. didnt hit.
But good news is that no one else did either,.. more in the pot for Sat.

I've been up all night searching forums and craigslist and what not for ways to get his exhaust back if I cant make this trade with this guy.

I'm tired and cranky enough right now,.. I may just head over to my inlaws place and say fuck it and start cutting on that bell housing. (sigh)

I do,.. but its not a 'mid pipe' like what your used to.

It has no cross over,.. no H or X. Just 2 separate pipes with the mufflers and dumps all welded to it. Its big large pipe and should sound good.

I'm going to head over tomorrow and trim the bell and k-member and see if I can make the headers work.

If I cant,.. I already have a deal working with someone else. But if he backs out I will give you next priority.

Its all bolt on.

The headers have 3" collectors with the 3 bolt gasket/flange. The mid pipes bolt right up. Thats it,.. no other bolting. The rest just hooks up to the hangers. A really simple exhaust,.. just having a hard time clearing the Lakewood Bell.
