FREE 5.0 ShortBlock
I've got a 5.0 Shortblock out of a 2000 explorer laying in my garage. Its whats left of the motor I recently had for sale, at least untill I pulled the oil pan and realized it was trashed. The shortblock is in need of a complete rebuild, there was definately a lack of maintenance by whoever owned the car it came out of. Theres a ton of sludge build up and the bearings in the bottom end are almost all scored from debris. The block I'm sure is savalgeable if it was machined. The rotating assembly should also be alright if machined and re-balanced aswell.
I just want it gone and out of my way. I'm more than over this motor - Lost quite a bit of money on this deal.

dont happen to have an oil pan do you? sucks about the motor though, its never a good thing when you find out whats inside.

I've got the Explorer Pan. Its different than the Mustang pan, but if you need a stang pan I've got one of those laying around too.

the explorer pan is perfect. its for my truck, id need the pickup and whatnots too. if you dont have any plans for it id like to pick it up soon. ill grab everything if you need it gone.

Like every other warranty item, its void when you dissasemble. Pretty sure Eddy would've backed the warranty up if he would've took him the engine and showed him what it looks like inside.
