For a nice cruiser with an end goal of 300 - 400at the wheels and still get respectable MPG,. perfect. The stock rods and pistons are the weak link. It does have a forged crank and a block that can sustain more HP then you can make on the street. 800 - 1200 HP easily sustainable,.. just not easily attainable. 550 - 650 easily attainable. Makes about 270 RWHP in stock form through the stock manifolds. With a 3.55 - 3.73 gear and 5spd will average 21 mph mixed driving,.. 27mpg on the interstate is very doable. 300 rwhp with exhaust and simple bolt ons is very doable also.
Expensive to build,... almost every single nut and bolt that holds it together is TTY (Means Torque to yield and once unbolted and removed it can not be re-used). A full gasket kit for these engines is $300. But in stock form like it is. The price is right. All you need is a SN95 4.6 k-member. Swap your stock fox front a-arms to it. Do an IMRC delete. Then bolt it in from underneath.
Personally at 18yrs old unless you can afford someone to do this for you I would not try this on your own. Its not a difficult swap but will require some tweaking to get all the gauges and everything working in the fox. If you've never done something like this before its very easy to get in over your head. Not the same as building a 5.0, This engine has 4 cams and much tighter tolerances when rebuilding them. But for bragging rights,.. not everyone has a 4v Cobra engine in their fox.

Repeating the same questions over and over might get a little old. But for the most part.. the older guys like me are more then happy to pass along what we have learned.
This is a very doable swap. If he is providing the k-member then that eliminates trying to find one on your own. He's making this a very easy swap to do for you.
