i want to find a cheap factory radio for our 97gt, its got the mach system with the cd down below...looking for the main unit...just looking for a cheap fix....ours works fine but the paint is worn off the volume buttons...anyone?

 

Take your cheap ass to Bestbuy and get a new cd player for $100.00 installed and elimanate putting a bandaid on the factory cheap stereo.

lol...we both know im not cheap.......lol...yeah unless you've forgotten in your old age.....ive built more systems than ANYONE you know.......she wants what she wants....an a cheap ass factory deck is what makes her happy im ok with it.....an the one she has works perfect, she just likes the way it lights up at nite..lol...i could give two shits less....

 

I'm gonna change mine out, I just haven't done it yet. If you need it, I can go ahead and take it out for you. I have the radio and the CD player. LMK.

 

you can get a great cd player with usb input on the front from kenwood for 139$

 

yeah if you have a mach 460 system you would need to bypass it as the amps dont work right with out the oem deck i work for a custom shop and i do all the mustangs that come it is really easy after you have dont like 100 of them. If you want to put a aftermarket deck in just PM me and i will tell you what you need to do.
