Nice. My family has a place in Flagler Beach, right on the Beverly Beach line. Close enough to Daytona that you can go to all the events and shit, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with huge crowds. (exceptions being bikeweek and July 4th but even then its not bad. They also have a height restriction for buildings so it doesn't turn into another Daytona

Btw, if you head out that way hit up Turtle Shack right on A1A a mile or 2 north of the pier. The burgers are fucking killer.

I'll have to check out the Turtle Shack next time we go up there! We're actually probably gonna go right after Turkey Day

Have you been here yet Josh? Hard to tell by pics but is there any beach access from house and is there any usable beach here?

 

1k isn't bad for a week. I pay 1600 a week in Islamorada, 3/2 with boat slip.

 

No its not bad at all... same here we go to a cabin in NC and its $1600 a week. My in-laws pay like 12-1400 a week in St pete, I still havent figured that one out. Going across the bridge dont count for a vacation

 

Tommy, I used Google Maps to pull up the addy & it's about 1 block off the water, so doesn't look like it's got direct access. I haven't been to the house yet, it's my partner's rental home. I haven't been to St. Augustine & Flagler & Daytona since I was a single lad
