Hey everone, I am hoping you guys can give me a little advice. I sold a friend a sn95 t-5 trans that he put in his 90 5.0. I drove the trans in a car before and it drove fine. He is now saying that it won't go in 2nd and 4th. I know for a fact that is shifted fine. I drove it. What kind of install errors could cause this problem? I know the imput shaft is longer in the newer trans. I just found out he used the origianl fox bellhousing and sn95 input shaft. I need a little help cause I know it was in good working order and don't want to go through the hassle. thanks.

You can't use a Fox bell housing with that trans. Tell the dummy he is out of luck cause no fool would do that.
