IT STARTD OUT THAT I COULD GET A 4 BRL INTAKE CHEAPER THAN A STOCK 1 BRL, AND HEADERS WERE THE SAME PRICE RANGE AS EFI MANIFOLDS. AFTER ABOUT 1000 MILES IT STARTED KNOCKING, AND I PULLED IT, BROKE 2 RINGS. THE BLOCK IS A 1989 FORD F150 THE HEAD AND SHEAT METAL ARE 84. IT NOW HAS A CRANE CAM, LIFTERS, SPRINGS, LOCKS AND RETAINERS. THE INTAKE IS A SINGLE PLANE OFFY, THE HEADERS ARE HEADMAN. NEW SPEEDPRO PISTONS, MOLLY RINGS, STD. BEARINGS,( CAM AND ROTATING ASSMBLY), ALL NEW SEALS, NEW WATER PUMP, NEW OIL PUMP. VALVE SPRINGS ARE 110, LIFTERS ARE 70, RETAINERS ARE 56, CAM IS 220, PISTONS WERE 80, RINGS 40,SEAL KIT 120, OIL PUMP 40, BEARINGS 70, HEADERS 170, INTAKE 250, PORT POLISH, HEAD WORK, 500. PLUS ALL THE LITTLE STUFF LIKE WATER PUMP, GASKET MATCH, AND CARB. I JUST BOUGHT A POWER STROKE AND I GOTTA SELL THIS MOTOR, OR THE WHOLE TRUCK. I HAVE ABOUT 200 HOURS OF TIME INVESTED IN THIS MOTOR, AND IT IS WILD, JUST NEEDED A BIGGER TRUCK. I HAVE 2200 IN THE MOTOR, AND 1700 IN THE TRUCK, I WILL TAKE 1000 FOR THE MOTOR, OR 2500 FOR ALL.
