Default Fair trade 351W for 302

Not mine... just passing this along from CL.

351w trade for 302...

I have a 351w. It is in my 67 mustang right now. I am getting ready to pull it out, but I need a 302 to replace it with. There isn't anything wrong with it except that it's TOO much motor. Let me list whats been done to it:

A full rebuild with less than 400 total mile on it consisting of the following:

Bored out.030 over.
Keith Black pop-up pistons with moly rings (yes, the cylinders WERE honed for moly rings)
Edelbrock Performer RPM intake
Edelbrock Preformer RPM cam and lifter set
Crank turned .010/.010
Clevite 77 bearings throughout
Melling high volume oil pump (not high pressure)
Entire rotating assembly balanced
New Milodon deep sump oil pan
New flex plate
New double roller timing chain
New freeze plugs

The heads are not going with this motor. Nor is the carb.

What I need in trade:

a 302 of equal value/work.
