Default 89 GT.. Heavily Modified but still street.

Sup guys, long time no see. Been busy as hell.

Anyhow Im seriously considering my GT. I havent had the time to work on it in a long time, and its been in storage since late August of last year.

I have been around this car since 1993, and have owned since the beginning of 2006. I bought it from a long time friend. The car has not left the state the entire time, although I think it was originally a California car. But dont make me lie to ya. Anyhow, long story short, I know this car very well. This isnt some peice of shit I picked up on Craigslist cheap to flip. I personally saw the car go from stock to running mid 11s during the early to mid 90s. In or around 1997 it was in a minor accident, and the car was disassembled to be rebuilt. It has not been registered since. The collision work was done by a VERY reputable shop called Autocrafters(if I recall correctly) in Stuart, Fl.

Anyhow on to the specifics.

Engine:
-Rebuilt stock block 302. Engine was rebuilt in the late 90s, and still only has about 10 miles on it of me putting through the neigborhood. The usual stuff, forged TRW Pistons, FMS oil pump and driveshaft, X cam with new rollers, ARP bolts, custom length pushrods(valve train was set up properly), Crane roller rockers,
-OLD SCHOOL ported TFS Street Heat Hi Port Irons(not the new made in Taiwan shit)
-Vortech Intake with ported and ceramic coated lower, BBK 75mm TB with knife edged inlet and plate.
-BRAND NEW Vortech S-Trim. Ceramic coated main bracket. Its had oil flow through it but never had the belt on. Stainless braided feed and return lines.
-Old School M/T valve covers. Powdercoated satin. I have had these valve covers since 1992, and would like to keep them actually. Will take $150 off if you dont want them.
-Brand new BBK 1 3/4 ceramic Long Tubes
-2.5" off road H Pipe, 2.5" flowmaster 2 chamber exhaust
-SFI Balancer
-New Ron Davis aluminum radiator
-Basically, its easily a 500hp engine with good tuning.

Engine Management/Fuel-
-Currently has a standalone ECU which I would like to keep. If you can talk me into including it, its a Haltech E11. If not, the factory vehicle harness was not cut. An A9L can be put back in by simply putting in a new ECU harness and plugging it in. The chopper wheel in the distributor would also need to be replaced(take off the cap and rotor and two screws) plus the TFI.
-I do have a 92 or 93 mass air ECU to include with the car, and a Pro M 77 MAF calibrated for red top injectors. I do have those injectors as well.
-Currently has 35lb/hr peak and hold injectors for the standalone.
-New Vortech Fuel rails(although they were purchased in 1997).
-Brand new SX fuel system, consists of 60 micron pre-filter, 10 micron post filter, SX pump, SX adjustable regulator.
-Stainless braided fuel lines throughout. AN-10 feed splits to Y block to feed each rail independently with AN-8 or 6, then each rail runs inedpendently to the regulator.
-Sumped tank. Custom sump was made to sit level when the car is on the ground. Tank was professionally coated afterwards to prevent corrosion. The bottom of the tank was not cutout to install the sump, holes were drilled. This way the car does not starve for fuel when you hit the brakes.

Tranny:
-World Class T5
-Hurst Competition shifter- the one with the chrome lever and T handle. I would also be interested in keeping if you do not want.
-New FMS/McLeod SFI scattersheild. Its been modified to fit the long tubes, so its techically not SFI approved anymore, but makes me feel safer.
-New FMS clutch, cant remember which model. But its not the one for the lighter pedal effort. Aluminum quadrant and new FMS firewall adjuster in addition to the calbe being adjustable.
-New FMS aluminum driveshaft

Rear End
-New Moser 31 spline axles with long studs.
-Auburn Pro diff
-3.55 gears.
-Girdle.

Suspension
- NEW QA1 tubular K member with pro series tubular control arms.
-Coil over kit in front.
-New UPR aluminum caster camber plates
-Tokico 5 way adjustables
-Southside Machine lift bars.
-New UPR double adjustable upper bars, not installed, set of battle boxes, not installed.
-the car has had subframe connectos in it since 1993.
-5 lug conversion with new drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, rotors, calipers, and rubber hoses.
-Car has power steering, but my LX has a flaming river Manual rack in it. I will trade the new owner racks if they want to do the swap. I would swap them myself but dont have time.

Body:
-Body is very straight with little or no rust anywhere.
-New Kaenen cowl hood.
-Cervini's Saleen tail.
-Cervinis Cobra grille insert
-factory sunroof car.
-Needs window trim reinstalled, and rear window needs glued in.
-LX tailights.

Interior
-Grey interior, the tweed. Manual sliding seats with power lumbar.
-Autometer shiftlight
-FMS gauges, oil pressure, fuel pressure, boost.
-Interior in very good condition except the headliner is sagging badly, carpet needs replaced and door panels/armrests need installed..
-Power windows, and air conditioning. System has a new compressor and new lines/hoses. Just needs to get charged when it is finally to that point.

Ok, I went on way long enough, and I am still sure I am forgetting something.

Im looking for $10,500. Yeah, its a decent amount of money but this will be an extremely evil car with a minimal amount of work.

Note, many parts included may not be shown in the pictures depending on when the photos were taken. These were construction shots.
