Nice JW bell, SFI cert and stamped March 2007. Currently mounted on my case fill C4. I was told it has only about 10 street miles on it. $150

 

I need one bro,but I need it legal.Once they go out of date can they be re-certified or do you need to get a new one?

Damn, guys, I don't know. I don't have fancy shit like this on my cars, that's why I'm selling it. I'll check it tomorrow when I get back to the lab. Gotta be a part number on there somwhere. I don't know how long certs are good for but the one on it is just 2 montsh old. If you can get seat belts recertified, I'm sure you can get bells recertified.

Yeah, Steve, it's way too cheap. They go for about $287 or so new according to the JW website. If it'll make you feel better, I'll take $225 for it because of the 10 mile proof testing.

 

btw, my jw bell would accect either 157 or 164 tooth.

there were two sets of starter bolt holes in the bell housing

i did have to trim it to clear my long tubes.

 

I had a case fill C-4 in my old hatch. With the big bell (was using an AOD flywheel for awhile) I was running 1 3/4 BBK long tubes and didn't have to touch my headers or the bellhousing.

 

Certification is good for 2 years and it can be sent back and recertified down the road if need be.....

 

OK, the PN is 92462-157. As for the starter, there are 2 holes. As mentioned above SFI cert 30.1 sticker is March '07 so you have 22 months of certification left before you have to have it recertified.

Oh, and it's the shinyest part I own.
