the crown vics used standard rotation water pumps until 1991, in 92 they went with the mod motor.

ok...I have a 289 timing cover.it has mech pump. so......if mike uses the 289 cover...caps the oil dip stick hole and mech fuel position......can he mount standard rotation stocker water pump on it?? i'm thinking yes!! i got you covered nicca!

COntact a member on here Helmut Roner. He did this and has part numbers and everything and it bolted right up. He had a big writeup on the corral about it.

mike here are the part numbers you can use.....in stock

advance auto parts # WP641

NAPA 55-4052

and here is Helmuts old car....I ran mine the same way...kept my original timing cover...as seen in this pic... your on bro!
