Damn I missed this one, was out of town for a week and see what happens.

Did the deal go through? Isn't a cashier check suppose to be as good as cash?

I am waiting for his lienholder to be satisfied so he can get his new loan approved. If it falls through........I will let you guys know. I just spoke to Jason and he is still in the game. I am patiently waiting. I know Jason sold his truck and is now vehicle-less until this goes through.....so Jabtay is still it.
