Well considering I didnt screw anyone over, b/c Nick knew about everything that I knew of, Ur the one the screwed me over, that peice of shit car ran for 3 days, and I have no bad feedback on any forums, me and Nick have did biz together multiple times, and if i screwed him over why would he do biz w/ me again?

I dont know the details here, but generally a used car is sold AS IS, unless a warranty is explictly implied.
