Default wtb stock cat converter

i've gotten way too many tickets from my car being way too loud, so i gigure if i take out my test pipe and put a stock catylytic converter on "not a gutted one" maybe it would be quieter and i won't get pulled over as much, pm me prices on them and plz no gutted ones because that's basically the same as my test pipe, lmk pm me them

i have a greddy evo cat back exhaust with a high flow cat, but that problem is that i keep getting pulled over because it's fucking loud, so no fart6 can here buddy, i just need a stock cat, to silence it down some, thanks for your opinion
