FS: Modified M20B25 Head (testing waters)
I was in the process of piecing together a turbo rig for my '89 325i, but I've since reconsidered (going for something even bigger/better), so I will no longer need some of this stuff.
Pretty much all I have left after Craigslist and Ebay are:
1) OEM 1986 Nissan 300zx water-cooled T3 turbocharger (mfg by Garrett, I believe) w/ downpipe, internal wastegate, etc. I've already taken it apart to make sure there was no damage, and it's clean and oil-free. Spins freely, no end play, minor side play (normal for standard-bearing turbos), impeller and compressor wheels in excellent shape. Some cracking around the wastegate port, which can be welded up pretty easily.
$150 OBO
2) M20B25 cylinder head (1989 325i) with some minor port work already done. It's bare right now, and the exhaust valves will need to be replaced, but it is otherwise in excellent condition. I will finish the porting once I find a buyer, so I know whether to set it up for NA or boost. I will sell this either as a bare modified casting, or fully assembled if you supply the exhaust valves.
MAKE OFFER
I don't have my camera with me (just imagine a clean cylinder head and a clean-but-used T3 turbo), but you can either call or stop by the shop to check them out, if interested.

idk what a good offer is but i want this!! also i want it built for boost
