Default Customer Service

I just wanted to take a moment and commend Robert (owner) over at S&R. When the shop made a mistake, Robert stepped up and took responsibility for the error. Not only that, but he made sure to make it right by me. I would imagine that in his business, the business will live or die based on return customers. And the best way to gain those return customers is by doing good work and having good customer service. S&R has both. Thanks again and best of luck to S&R in the future.

Jeff, thanks so much for the kind words and your understanding in the matter. On behalf of everyone here, I again want to apologize for the error, and I'm glad we were able to make you happy in the end. Thanks again for your business!
