Not trying to be an ass but i take it youve never been down. I used to just wear a helmet and that was it. Went down and lets say raw fingers dont feel good.

 

i always wear gloves for that reason but i did ride once without gloves and i liked it better... lets just say go to the street and grind your fingers on it and see how it feels... now imagin how it feels going down @ a higher rate of speed with a lot more force...thats why i wear gloves.

 

Ask anyone who has been down, all gear is valuable and can make a break you in a fall.

Pants aren't to be discounted, they've tested jeans and found them to not protect much especially at speeds over 30mph. So dont' ride wearing jeans feeling your protected because you really aren't, unless you compare them to wearing shorts!

 

Or nakid as that is the best way to do the north run

 

I ride naked everywhere I go... but by golly I wear my gloves.

Did i fail to mention I went down at the track at speeds that would have surely killed me on the streets & I had NO Road Rash ANYWHERE???

I need to start finding riding buddies. I got my bike about a month ago and I only have a handful of people that will go riding with me but it's always hard to free up everyone's schedule at the same time. I'm down for a ride and meeting some new peoples. Tell me when and where.

DAMN HATERZ... ... I said I have my opion, I understand what could and would happen without them... Im not a 1st time rider... I just choose not too... I'LL NEVER RIDE AGAIN... ... I still down for anything...
