2005 Turbo Acura RSX-S: K20/K24 engine swap Hondata Kpro Dyno tune
Customer originally scheduled for Kpro dyno tuning. After compression checking the engine it was clear the last thing this car needed was anything to do with the dyno.
Dissappointed that the engine was built locally ~1yr ago, the owner decided to leave the car with us to sort out.

Updates as promised!
Time to put it all back together, some pics from today
RC750cc INJ
ported RBC and repaired waterneck
A/C comp, ALT, starter, etc
We also had to pull the oil pan and tap for oil drain.
Since we fitted the pan with a new steel AN fitting we need to upgrade the old oil drain line.

installed new oil drain and old RevHard cast mani/Bullseye Power turbo setup
Waiting on new clutch...
Time to put it all back together, some pics from today
