Default H22 Boosted Civic EJ: 2.5-3" Downpipe, 38mm dumptube, 3" 304 SS exhaust

Customer brought in his H22 Boosted Eg coupe for some fabrication.

On the list of things to do:
2.5" to 3" downpipe
3" exhaust
38mm dumptube
This car was having some serious underhood/ect temps. I think the previous exhaust setup was to blame... Here are some before pics.

Downpipe resting on the block, oil pan, and radiator

Dumptube going across radiator and dumping on tranny

Previous downpipe & exhaust

So i started from the turbo and worked my way back to the exhaust...

downpipe welds

After welded the downpipe we went ahead and started hanging the Kteller weld up kit.

We used the supplied clamps on the axle back portion of the exhaust incase the muffler would want to be changed in the future.

muffler welds

We also made an exhaust tip for the muffler

new vs old dumptube
