Friends dont let Friends WELD their motor mounts !
Customer came in for what we thought would be a simple motor mount install... Well....... little did we know the customer's friend helped with this modification and decided to bolt down the bolts to the tranny/engine and finish it off with some stick welds. 
MORAL OF STORY DONT WELD YOUR BOLTS/ENGINE MOUNTS !!

Not only was this rear one butchered, the front one is even worse !!
...and to top it off, its still the stock motor that came in the car
