maybe u seen it here on tr its a 79 stang 302 to fast for paint........it needs some elbow grease and love insides is ok need to get buckets fixed with new fabric and get the tracks fixed......the whole dash needs new plastic for everything(yeah) need to get a set of matching doors so i can truely have the 79 door styled handles on the insides at ur calves....and a new latch key because someone jimmy riged and tore the insides all up.....other then that its a good project car for me just thing is not as lucky as u guys in flordia got one damn near in every boneyard.....i wanna make it into a 5 speed(c4 is killing me with mpg) but its my daily driver and i love it when i see a wanna be ricer come up next to me and wanna go i let my pony eat anything on the road as long as it dont buck on my dead(knock on wood)......i love the rides u guys have on here and im a sucker for my dad's ride's......just want to make mine like his and have it showing up on here looking lovely..and beastly....im going with a badass frog theme with it just havent thought of any colors yet..

just got it back up and running because of a battery issue and got a quote from transporting company to get it down to tampa and its cheaper then driving down there with it so i can rebuild with my dad to get the father son mustang rebuild going on.....just gotta wait till doctors app. to really see what to do....been thinking about the color scheme thinking bout the regular blue and white racing stripes....im up for some good color schemes for it just not to pricey....thinking bout keeping it to fast for paint and redo the car in primer black it needs all the way around...

sry i havent made anything on reports or anything pc was down.....been trying to get it working with no problems but i got it going with no problems except now i worried about my frame as i go down the road of rebuilding the car i really want to keep it because its got a good body for being 30 yrs old and not in that bad of shape even for being here in toledo with the snow,salt,rain all that good erosion just the frame looks like hell but i only need fixed in a couple of areas....i thought about cutting out that bad spots and tubeing the frame at the area....

 

plenty of good cars in florida junkyards that u can cut up to make yours right.

 

yea thats sounds like a nice idea but 1st thing is getting the car 2 florida($500 already looked into it)...2nd is getting the money to chop cars and pay for the stuff i need to get everything right....DAMN economy its bad when a 20 yr old cant find a job at any place that is an ok place....

 

there is plenty off people on TR with spare parts and Riverveiwnative always has a couple of scrap cars laying around.Have your dad a trailer up there tow it down here.
