My buddy Frank had a setup similar to that... But he never got around to finishing it. It was on a '98 Ranger I think, went the whole 9 and put the Mountaineer front end on the truck and all, was gonna be uber cool... Think he wound up selling it?! He's a member here, "Dangeranger" I think is his name, and he owns a custom shop called Enhanced Concepts...

Well, it has been a busy busy weekend, I spent all weekend just about at the junk yard. I was very very lucky and came across an entire lowering suspension on another ranger. It was complete with DJM Lowering I beams.

I also came across an 8.8 3.73 disc brake rear in a 99 Explorer.

Got to drive it last night around the parking lot last night, Almost threw myself threw the windshield when i hit the brakes. Almost done under the hood can't wait to clean it up and wash it.

I've been driving it around for the last couple days, Still have a lot of cleaning up to do under the hood. And want to lower the back just a little but i'm almost on the bump stops now The side of the truck is a mess and I'm in the middle of try to find some new carpet for it.

But here are a couple of pics I snapped this morning.

Yea I definitely missed the panda, But I have a lot of work to do before I worry about traction.

I put a C4 in it as its all I had, I drove it for a couple days and now it doesn't have third or reverse. So I'm thinking about pulling it out and trying to locate a 5 speed. Also thinking about selling the panda off to fund the stang.
