Finished buttoning up the motor to the tranny; installed the starter; installed the headers/gaskets; painted the rag joint; installed the dipstick; got the car up in the air ready to weld up a few holes; going to finish exhaust and a few other odds and ends tonight...

 

Nice!! Your almost ready to go burn out in front of that Chevy guys house!

 

Not really; having some issues w/the carb / nitrous / throttle fitment. And then I've got some hurdles to overcome on the exhaust...

It's no issue that "normal" people would have w/it, just this ole rookie over here

Got the carb fitment squared away. Had to notch one of the heat sinks to allow the throttle linkage to move to full throttle. Done. Installed; rock and roll.

Fixed the nitrous solenoid / AED throttle cable fitment issue as well. Bought the 1" spacer from MikeyP, and then just bent the nitrous manifold a slight bit to get the solenoid to clear the bracket. Done, installed, rock and roll.

Got all that done, and bought a few more little odds and ends for the car. Still needing to pickup a few pieces to finish it... Should be able to get running though in April. Going to try and sell or trade down to raise capital for the company most likely.
