If you set something up for weekends,.. I off most weekend and can lend a hand as well.

I have a large assortment of tools at my disposal,.. torque wrenches,.. specialty tools, engine hoist, ramps, jack stands, braces, air tools, torch, lincoln stick welder and a smaller lincoln wire feed/argon welder. Also have a large and small press, drill press and a tire machine for mounting and dismounting tires.

So anything I can help with let me know.
Oh,.. and also have a 20' car trailer and truck.

Nothing like have a car and not being able to cruise with it. It sucks balls.

I'd say put your car together with what ever you have just to get it running. Then later as you figure out what you want/need,.. then work on building building it up. At least you be able to have some fun with it now instead of dreaming about how it could be. And after its running,.. you'll have a better understanding of what the cars needs and what would be too much or over kill.
