Default 1995 Acura Integra Turbo Build!!

Richie wanted to increase his power output in his Teggy. He decided turbocharging was the best way to achieve his goal, So He did thing
s the right way and began sourcing all of his parts prior to the teardown, To avoid any hiccups seeing that it's his daily.


Parts list: (The Goodies)
Engine: B18b1 (ls)


Hondata s100 ecu
ARP headstuds
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
440cc Injectors
Clevite rod/ms/tw
xspower t3 turbo
xspower turbo manifold
xspower 38mm wastegate
HKS style blow off valve
Eagle h-beam connecting rods
JE forged 9.0:1 std bore pistons
Hybrid Motorsports custom down/midpipe
Hybrid Mototrsports custom 3" intercooler piping
Supertech block guard
XTD 6 puck sprung clutch kit



The engine will also be freshened up with all new gaskets/seals/ water pump & oem timing belt.


































So when 99% of the part arrived at the shop we began the transformation:

















Fast forwarding a bit everything was torn down inspected cleaned, machined and prepared for assembly:














BG Installed:











With the bottom squared, we focused on the head installing new valve seals/oem cams and performing a valve adjustment.

















Starting to take shape again!!

I just had to bust your chops...because you stated the blocks been machined but nothing looks likes its been machined on that shortblock... The crank definitely looks like it could use a good micro-polishing...I hope your piston to wall clearance has been factored in because the cylinders look like they havent even been honed...

Full ebay build. I honestly hope it lasts for the customers sake. I hate seeing people throw money out the window.

the only RIGHT parts i see are the pistons and rods.. just sayin..
