Default My S2000 CR turbo Build number 2

So i decided to build another kit for my car, this time tigging together the manifold myself because i just baught my own welder this time around. here are some pictures or my work, let me know what you think. this time i am running a precision 5862 billit wheel and dual ballbearing with a ceramic coated hot side, looks awesome, and i cant wait to see how efficient it is and how the air/oil cooled design works. would love to hear your inputs.

wasnt sure if i had enough room to lengthen cylinder number 2's runner and still be able to remove the manifold, but i found out i do have room, so next time the manifoild will be completely equal length within an inch tolorance. clearances are very tight on all angles of the manifold, so its hard to design an equal length manifold while maintaining stock location of oil filter, which was my intention.

all flanges i work with are cnc machined, and port matched to the cylinders and to the pipe runners, and have recessed parts of the flange to ensure sealing of the head flange. i bolted the flange down when welding to make sure there was to warpage. which worked liek a charm.

I finished the lower intercooler pipe, and got all my couplers in the mail, as well as my wastegate, So the car is running and driving again, without the sidepipe installed due to a clamp that still hasnt arrived in the mail. other than that, everything works properly, no leaks, of exhaust or oil. my hondata i should be getting in a week or so and ill be tuned. will post dyno sheets and info and pictures one side pipe is installed.
