Finally found some time to work on the car and managed to put the valve springs and retainers on.
My friend that i go riding quads with is a master honda tech and hollerhonda, and gave me a brief rundown on how to change spring and retainers with out removing the head. So i thought i share just in case anyone needs to do so in the future.
Enjoy
First you remove everything like your cams, etc.
Next remove your spark plug and stuff some nylon rope down the sparkplug hole as much as you want and then bring the piston up and that will hold the valves from falling down once you have removed the valve keepers.
I stuffed paper around the oil galleries just in case, so the valve keepers dont fall down them

In order to remove the stock retainers u have to place a 12mm socket or have a special tool. Grab your 12mm deep socket and extension or special tool then place it over the retainer, Give it a good wack with your rubber mallet to loosen the valve keepers from the retainer. Try not to loose the valve keepers

this is what it should look like after you wack it with socket or special tool ^

notice how the valves didnt fall thanks to nylon rope.

place the new valve springs and and palce valve keepers in the reatiner like ^
The valve spring compressor I’m using looks like

Place the valve spring compressor over the retainer and valve keeper combo

Now for the hardest part, trying your best to keep the valve spring compressor straight; begin to push down with all your might until your hands, shoulders, arms and whole body start to shake. That’s about the amount of pressure you need to put into compressing the spring enough to get the valve keepers to seat properly.
this what the finished product should like and repeat the process for the rest of the valves. good luck
