do you have the rest?
unless you already have everything together, you need to either customize an hf manifold or have one done, contact RPIRacing, these guys make awesone manifolds for honda engines for cheap.
then you'll need a wastegate, intercooler, blow off valve, boost controller, all the plumbing (for intercooler, wastegate, downpipe)and tuning if you are planning to run any kind of considerable boost on you ZC.
Contact RPIRacing, as far as I know they are great with turbo hondas and they know what they are talking about,

depending on the t3 exducer you may have to go with a custom downpipe like I had. 3 bolts are not very common. 5 bolt is the standard that most kits use (IIRC).
A manifold can be bought just about anywhere, I personally wouldn't use an HF, but that's just me. You can get manifolds from Drag and Ebay will have some Im sure.
Intercooler? Be sure not to go too small. GReddy makes a great, large intercooler setup, they're not cheap tho. You can get piping made and an intercooler from Race Related for 700 bucks. Very decent setup.
Oil lines, you can get these from Amazon hose.
I would not worry about a boost controller until you get the setup working properly.
you should have an internal wastegate already if that's a stock t3. stick with that until you go with a larger turbo.
