Talking Turbo Kit For 94 Rs Teg

I have about 115,000 miles on my teg. Ive got i/e, cam gears , and pulleys. Im wanting a turbo kit cuz i def. nned more speed than what those bolt ons do. The question is do u guys think that my engine can handle a turbo pretty well or do i need a few more mods to make it nice and reliable while still being able to tear it up?. thanks for the input.

im needing a new tranny soon, my syncros are garbage now. I was thinking about doing a type r tranny swap while keeping my 5th gear the same so im not cruising at like five and a half grand while going like 60. Obviously the shorter gearing and lsd whould help but if and when i do go turbo it might be a better idea to just rebuild the ls tranny since it has longer gearing, what do u guys think? Hey Vapor, would getting news rods and lower compression pistons like 9 to 1, and prob with the miles some new valve springs be definitely advisable?

Is it better to get a whole turbo kit or do it all piece by piece? i think i might want to just get a kit, it would save a lot of time and hassle rather than getting everthing individually and trying to make everything match up to run a good setup. What are some real good kits out there for a good price?

my friend has a rev hard kit on his car and he hasnt had any problems with stock internals. as long as you dont boost to high and you treat her good you will be fine till you have the money for a kit. You need a lot of know how to build your own.
