Why a Turbonetics turbocharger? I know people who have had no problems with them and I know people who have had major problems with them. I would use a Garrett or Precision. 15lbs-20lbs would be quite a bit of power. I would replace the pistons with 9.8:1 forged pistons, Eagle/Pauter/Crower rods (prefer Pauter) and new rings/pins. Have you thought about your fuel and engine management?

15-20 psi....definitely gonna need bottom end work, and dont bother with turblownetics, get an airresearch garrett or somethin..gonna need pistons and rods, fuel management, fuel pump and injectors for more fuel, still need to consider the manifold, intercooler, piping, blow off valve, so on so forth...best kind of turbo...your not really saying how much power you want to make, soooo.......
